I am a certified breath coach working with individuals, groups and organisations,
in person and online.
In my courses we focus on specific, concrete, personal goals, I offer simple and short exercises, and I guide and support the clients as they discover through practicing which ones among these are the most helpful to them, and how they can be helpful in meeting the challenges in their lives with confidence and achieving their goals.
To support this work, I also give short explanations about the basic (but often and widely unknown or misunderstood) anatomy and physiology of breathing, and I introduce the clients to a simple system that they can use for orientation among the plethora of breathing exercises that we have access to in today’s world and help them develop their practice and keep exploring the world of breathing after our course.
