My goal in all my work is to help people find ways to develop more awareness of themselves and of others in their everyday lives, and find more energy, light, inspiration and happiness at work and at home.

An important part of my work is the transmission of clear, specific, concrete information  and instructions for exercise, be it the current scientific research on the benefits and potential dangers of meditation and breathing exercises, or the mental qualities and skills, whose discovery and development the exercises of breathing and meditation instigate and support, or indeed the peculiarities of Vipassana meditation compared to other (Buddhist and non-Buddhist) meditation techniques, and those of my specific tradition of Vipassana meditation.

Of equal importance (if not more) to me is to welcome each individual with openness, curiosity and flexibility, and to create and sustain for the entire period of our work together an atmosphere of these qualities that supports the client as they take steps towards (re-)discovering, stabilising and reinforcing their confidence, inspiration and resilience in one specific area, or in their lives in general.

I support my clients on the complex and often challenging journey of incorporating the techniques I teach into the toolbox that they use to meet the personal and professional challenges of everyday life, and to find and nurture the inspiration, energy and vulnerability needed to form and sustain the human connections and personal pursuits that enrich our lives.
